As part of the HDB Community Week 2013, a prize giving ceremony was scheduled on 1 June to present tokens to recipients of the Good Neighbour Award, in recognition of their acts of neighbourliness and graciousness. Vetta Quartet was engaged by Pico to perform during the pre-event reception. The ceremony, held at the HDB Hub, was graced by Senior Minister Mr. Lee Yi Shyan.
