Andy and Wendy’s wedding banquet was held at the InterContinental Singapore. Vetta Quartet played for the parents’ march-in, couple’s march-in, and champagne pouring. Andy and Wendy also presented the guests with a first dance, dancing along to the quartet’s performance of Moon River.
Thank you very much for the beautiful live string music. Your team is very cooperative, too. Sure I will share the photos with you. I will email you again when they are done.
Thanks once again for the great music :)
Kind words from the couple’s wedding coordinator:
Hi Wen Jin,
On behalf of Alvin & Audrey, thank you very much for performing at their Wedding Luncheon. The guests have enjoyed the repertoire and I even received a few queries from my friends who are getting married about engaging the quartet :)
12 May 2012 is indeed a popular day for weddings! Our third gig of the day saw us at InterContinental Singapore to play for Wee Giap and Elisa’s wedding. We played Bach’s Gavotte for the solemnisation’s march-in, followed by Bach’s Air for the signing of register. To lighten the atmosphere, we played the swingy Theme from New York, New York for the hotel’s first dish presentation, then continued with our regular mix as the dinner commenced. Jay led the way as a violin solo for the couple’s second march-in of the night with Pachelbel’s Canon in D. (videos coming soon!)
Kind words from Wee Giap:
Jay, thanks a lot for the outstanding performance last night. Received many good comments from the guests.
